| INCOGNITO is a new breakthrough in Lingual Orthodontics - correction of malaligned teeth by means of fixed appliances bonded to the inner side of the teeth. The `braces` are completely invisible. There is no age limit for this treatment, in fact it is ideal for adults who cannot wear visible `braces`.
The INCOGNITO technique will provide customised appliances ( for the upper and/or lower teeth) following 3D scanning of the individual jaws. The treatment with INCOGNITO lasts no longer than conventional appliances, and the results are just as good. The main drawback of INCOGNITO is that it will take longer to get accustomed to since the appliance is in contact with the tongue more. However the adaptation process takes less than a few days in the vast majority of patients.
